Nurse Appointments

To book a routine appointment with a nurse, please click on the blue button above that says BOOK ROUTINE NURSE APPOINTMENT.

All Other Appointments

For any other appointment, please click on the red button above that says GET HELP. Select the ‘I want help for a medical issue’. You will then be asked a series of questions that a doctor will read to determine the type of appointment that you need. Alternatively you can call our reception team to complete the form on your behalf, but they will only be able to do this for patients who do not have access to the internet.
