We want to make managing your healthcare as simple as possible. By registering for our online services, you can securely access your GP surgery from your computer, tablet, or smartphone.
What you can do online:

Book or cancel appointments without waiting on the phone.

Request repeat prescriptions for your regular medications.

View parts of your GP record, including your medication history, allergies, immunisations, previous illnesses, and test results.
How to Get Started
These services are powered by our clinical system, SystmOnline. To gain access, please follow these steps:

Fill out the application: Complete our Online Access Form. Copies are available from our entrance foyer.

Verify your identity: Once you’ve completed the form, please visit our Reception desk and bring two forms of ID (check suitable forms of ID)

Get your login details: Our team will set up your account and issue you a secure username and password.
Skip the trip to Reception! Did you know you can also access these same services using the NHS App? If you register via the NHS App, you can verify your identity digitally using your phone’s camera, meaning you don’t need to bring physical ID into the surgery.
Accessing Services for a Child Under 16 (Proxy Access)
If you wish to manage online services on behalf of another person, you must complete one of our dedicated proxy access forms:

For a child under 16: Please complete the Proxy Access Form for Children Under 16
Please note: For children aged between 11 and 16, we require verbal consent from the child before proxy access can be granted to a parent or guardian.
