Mental Health Support for Young Men Aged 11–19
Reaching Out Is a Sign of Strength
Mental health challenges can affect anyone at any age. However, young men often find it particularly tough to open up about how they are feeling, manage anger, or deal with stress and anxiety.
We want all our young patients to know: you do not have to deal with things on your own, and asking for help is a sign of strength.
What is the Teen Health (11–19) Service?
Provided by Leicestershire County Council, the Teen Health 11–19 Service offers a safe, confidential, and judgment-free space for young people. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, struggling with emotions, or simply need someone impartial who will listen and offer good advice, help is available.
As public figures like Lewis Capaldi, Stormzy, and Roman Kemp have highlighted, checking in on your mental health is just as important as looking after your physical health.
