Break activity into bitesize chunks – try to avoid long periods of inactivity

Posted on December 4th, 2025

Breaking your activity into small, manageable chunks throughout the day is an effective way to stay active. Long periods of sitting or inactivity can impact your health, so try to stand up, stretch, or walk briefly every hour.

Incorporating short bursts of movement — even just a few minutes — can improve circulation, boost energy, and support your overall wellbeing. It’s easier than you think to fit more activity into your day!
