If you have been diagnosed with ADHD via a private clinic, and have been prescribed medication, please note the following:

Currently the practice does not enter into shared care agreements with private healthcare providers to prescribe medication. You should continue to have access to medication by requesting further prescriptions from that private healthcare provider and they will also continue to review you.
