Appointment Information

How to Request an Appointment

Hugglescote Surgery uses Total Triage for most appointment requests.

This means every medical request is reviewed first, so we can make sure you are helped by the right person, in the right way, at the right time.

You may be offered:

  • a same-day appointment
  • an urgent or routine appointment
  • a telephone appointment
  • a face-to-face appointment
  • advice from a GP or another member of the practice team
  • help from another service, such as a pharmacy, physiotherapist or specialist service

This helps us use appointments safely and fairly and makes sure patients with the most urgent needs are prioritised.

Medical appointment requests for a new or ongoing health problem

For GP or medical problems, please use the Get Medical Help form button below.

Get Medical Help

You will be asked some questions about your problem. A GP will review the information and decide the best next step.

We will then contact you by text message or telephone with advice or to arrange an appointment.

If you cannot use the internet

If you do not have internet access, please telephone the surgery. A member of our reception team can complete the form on your behalf.

Please note: the same triage process applies whether you complete the form yourself or we complete it for you.

Telephone: 01530 832109
