Reminder: Hay fever is best treated with the help of your local pharmacy, where staff can advise you on suitable over-the-counter products.
If you are worried about the mental health of a young person in your care, please call the Central Access Point (CAP) on 0808 800 3302, 24 hours a day, seven days a week and speak to a qualified call-handler for advice around urgent mental health concerns for children and young people.
