Routine Appointments:

Routine appointments can be booked through Reception or via our website.
Please note: you will need to register at reception for our online services.

You can pre-book appointments with GP's and Nurses up to 6 weeks in advance. GP's can offer you either face-to-face appointments or telephone consultations. Face-to-face appointments are allocated a 10 minute time slot, if you think that you will need longer than this please book more than one appointment.

Telephone Consultations:

Telephone Consultations are offered when a GP can deal with your problem over the telephone, saving you a visit to the surgery. A 5 minute time slot is allocated for a Telephone Consultation

Urgent Appointments:

There is an On-Call doctor available daily to offer advice over the telephone or see you if the problem is urgent for that day. You will be asked if it is a medical emergency for the same day and will be expected to take the next available appointment. The GP may arrange a face to face appointment for that day. Please be advised these may not always run to time due to the nature of the appointment. If you cannot attend your allocated appointment we may be able to off another appointment at another NHS provider, commonly Coalville Hospital.

Please note: if you suspect you have a URINARY TRACT INFECTION (WATER INFECTION)
Please ask at reception for a form (or download via the link below) and sample bottle; an appointment with the Nurse or GP is not necessary.
Please hand in your sample before 11.30am, your sample will be tested and we will inform you of the outcome as soon as possible.
